Time Was... opened 24 years ago . At the uptown in Richland WA. My fabulous Partner Elaine Davis came up with the name. We opened our first shop right next door to the famous Spudnut Shop. It was a fab & fun first two years at our first shop.
I have been in 6 locations at the uptown since.
